Fighting for our country in Iraq.
Alan lived in Dovecot, Liverpool with his mum: Julie, Brother Rhys and Sister Keeley.
Alan was shot dead as he was patrolling in Iraq, he was from the 2nd Battalion The Duke of Lancasters Regiment, Alan was providing cover for a Warrior armoured vehicle, whilst his fellow colleagues tried to save him...It was too late:(
Alan Was a Big Big EVERTON fan, he was always joking and playing the clown and was never a dull moment around him...I grew up with Alan from a child he was always tellig jokes and always a cute cheeky grin. He is missed so so much by his family and all his friends....I day never goes by without me thinking of him...
I can not believe he has been taken away from us and that I could not be there, he was so popular and he had girls falling at his feet, everyone wanted to be around him, he was a joy to be around and he loved the army, he was always posing in his uniform and was very very proud of himself just as much as we all were.
Alan you are in ALL our hearts you were a brave brave young man
I miss you terribly...going home back to Liverpool will never be the same....I will ALWAYS remember New year 2003 with you Al....You made it very very special....and when you took me to Southport with Ste and Laura...Memories I will never forget
My thoughts are with your mum and family who miss you terribly, just wishing and praying that you would walk back down finch lane....
Look over your fellow colleagues and your mum and family....Keep them all from harm...

Hello mate you paid the ultimate price for protecting poeple you did`nt even know, I just hope they they know what you have given up..you life.
A lot of other ladshave lost their lives ince you were took and I hope you are all having a good time up there in gods NAFFI Bar.

2nd Year Anniversary
Al bubs, comin up to 2 years now and its still as hard as it was yesterday, I hope your still looking down on us, and looking after your mum and family, sometimes I think of when we were younger an the things we got up to, it makes me sad that we werent kids again.
